3.2 Trial Limitations

• One trial per user per product
• Trial limited to legitimate business use
• No data export during trial (unless converted to paid)
• Limited support during trial period

3.3 Trial Cancellation

• Cancel anytime during trial period
• No charges if cancelled within trial period
• Account data deleted within 30 days of cancellation
• Cancellation via account settings or customer support

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain security of account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• One account per business entity
• Verify business legitimacy when required

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use BizAutoScale services only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Violate WhatsApp Terms of Service or Business API policies
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or their customers
• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use services for illegal activities

4.3 Content Responsibility

• You are responsible for all content sent through our platform
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Obtain necessary permissions for customer data use
• Maintain appropriate consent for WhatsApp communications
• Respect intellectual property rights

10. Limitation of Liability

• Total liability limited to amount paid in last 12 months

11. Termination

• No refund for unused portion of subscription

11.3 Effect of Termination

• No refund of prepaid fees
• Survival of certain provisions (payment, liability, etc.)

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the state of Rajasthan.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Exclusive Jurisdiction: All disputes, claims, and legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of BizAutoScale services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.
